WHO ARE WE SEEKING?
Compass School is seeking primary teachers (learning guides) and education specialists who demonstrate the following characteristics:
- Have qualifications to work in the chosen position
- Care for the well-being and growth of children
- View assessment as a tool that supports student growth and are ready to work with formative assessment, student self-assessment, three-way conferences, and the use of rubrics and reflection
- Passionate and enthusiastic about teaching their subject
- Desire to work in a place where their voices are heard and valued
- Possess strong work ethic and consistently follow through
- Show independence and take initiative at work
- Approach their work with optimism and perseverance
- Eager to work in a team of like-minded educators
- Can use English effectively for classroom communication
- Want to constantly develop and learn
- Know how to give and receive feedback and treat it as an opportunity to better understand themselves and others

With the opening of Grade 4 in the 2026/2027 school year, we are seeking teachers for the following positions:
- Mathematics teacher (part-time)
- Science teacher (part-time)
- Physical education teacher (part-time)
- Music teacher (part time)
- Technology teacher (part time)
- English teacher (English immersion guide – native speaker)
